Returns Or Exchanges

Returns available for store credit, must be shipped within 7 days of purchase. Must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was purchased. To start the return process, email stitchedbyschloss@gmail.com.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any hiccups must be resolved between the customer and carrier. 

Commission Cancellations

After the design has been approved by the buyer, commission cancellation requests will not be accepted. This is because sketching and sewing has already commenced, and as a small business that handmakes orders, we appreciate your commitment to your commission.
